My team was tasked with creating a system for a federal department that will be used to monitor the disbursement of over $500 million in grants to recipients. This system needs to be able to collect data, monitor the appropriate use of funds, and generate bi-annual reports.
The Problem
As the only UX Designer on the team, i was responsible for creating a user research plan, translating client requirements & content into designs, presenting design work and processes to stakeholders, and the overall championing of the user experience.
My Role
Once the processes were defined by the client, my team came up with a solution to create a system made up of 7 modules, that will work cohesively to create a seamless process for this federal department and their recipient organizations.
